We sell the powder, and we run treatments. So we're not anti-contract — we're anti-twelve-month-lock-in for a problem that takes six weeks to solve.
When a contract makes sense
A commercial property with constant foot traffic, a restaurant, a property manager with fifty units — recurring service on a schedule is the right call, and a contract keeps it organized.
When it doesn't
A homeowner with an iguana problem on the seawall does not need a twelve-month plan. You need the powder, applied on a two-to-three-week cycle, for as long as the season runs. If you'd rather not do it yourself, book a single treatment and decide later whether you want another.
The middle path
Buy the powder and run it yourself, or book a one-time treatment with no contract. Come back for recurring only if it actually makes sense for your property — not because a sales rep needs to hit a quota.
